摘要:

根据相图分析,采用刚玉、α-Al2O3微粉、尖晶石、电熔镁砂等为主要原料,并针对不烧的无碳铝镁尖晶石砖采用溶胶和卤水复合结合剂,通过加入不同量的尖晶石细粉、电熔镁砂、化工氧化镁、α-Al2O3微粉、Cr2O3细粉和SiO2微粉,观察对无碳铝镁尖晶石砖性能的影响。

Abstract:

By analysing phase diagram,the raw matericals,such as corundum,α-Al2O3 micro powder,spinel and fused magnesia and sol or/and brine composite binder for unburned carbon\|free alumina\|magnesia spinel brick were determined in this paper.The effects of different amounts of spinel powder,fused magnesia,chemical magnesia,α-Al2O3 micro powder,Cr2O3 fine powder and SiO2 micro powder on performance of carbon\|free alumina\|magnesia spinel brick were observed.
