成型压力对合成CaZrO3材料性能的影响

摘要:

以电熔ZrO2粉和活性石灰粉为原料,研究了不同成型压力对合成CaZrO3的影响,并利用XRD和SEM对材料的矿物相和微观结构进行了分析。实验结果表明:随着成型压力的增加,试样的致密程度加大;当成型压力达到200MPa后,成型压力对合成锆酸钙材料的致密度影响减弱。成型压力对合成锆酸钙材料的矿物相无影响,对材料的显微结构影响甚微。综合分析,适宜的成型压力为200MPa。

Abstract:

This paper studies the impact of forming pressure to performances of synthesized CaZrO3,which is made of fused zirconia powder and active lime powder as raw materials,and analyses the mineral facies and microstructure by XRD and SEM.The results show that density increases with the forming pressure going up;when the pressure reaches up to 200MPa,its effect on density becomes weak;the pressure has no effect on mineral facies and little effect on microstructure.In conclusion,the optimal forming pressure value is 200MPa.
