高炉出铁口用炮泥的损毁及延长出铁时间的探讨

摘要:

高炉出铁口开孔后一次出铁时间越长,越有利于高炉的稳定作业,并且可以降低炮泥的消耗,降低工人的劳动强度和减少环境污染。而要延长出铁时间,就必须降低由炮泥构成的出铁口孔道的损毁速度。本文通过对炮泥损毁原因的分析,从提高炮泥的耐磨蚀性和耐剥落性以及改进炉前作业方式几个方面论述了延长出铁时间的办法。

Abstract:

When the tapping hole is being opened, tapping time should be maximized for the most stable operation of blast furnace. Furthermore, low consumption of clay gun, the reduction of labor intensity and environmental protection can be achievable. For longer tapping time, the damage rate of clay-gun-made tapping passage should be reduced. By analyzing the cause of damage, this paper proposes the methods for prolonging the tapping time in several aspects, in terms of upgrading the corrosion resistance and wearability of clay gun as well as improving the furnace operation mode.
