By analyzing the problems occurred during heating with BFG,the factors influencing the uniformity and stability of coke oven temperature are found out.Comparing the longitudinal temperature of JN60-6 type coke oven heated with BFG with the NOx content measured online at the coke oven chimney,a scheme for oven temperature control according to the NOx content monitored at coke oven chimney is proposed.The problem of delay by manual regulation of the oven temperature is solved.
