Abstract

Abstract: To prolong the service life of CDQ chamber and shorten its maintenance interval，large refractory blocks have been applied at the inlet of the CDQ chamber，the inner ring wall and the connecting duct，which greatly extends the service life of refractories in the CDQ chamber．The exploration of large refractory blocks characteristics has been done in industrial furnaces，which provides valuable experience for the maintenance of CDQ chambers．
