Abstract: Aiming at the three major problems of the traditional refractory raw material warehouse： low level of automation，technical equipment and management informatization，this paper proposed an intelligent storage and management system for refractory raw materials. Through the establishment of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse model and SNHGES system，an intelligent，unmanned and intensive management of the refractory raw material warehouse will be realized, this will infuse the full automatic production：from refractory raw materials to refractory products.
