By comparison between process flows of benzol removal with rich oil heater and that with tubular furnace, this paper analyzes the process features of rich oil heater for benzol removal,describes the technical proposal and details for its improvement as well as the practical data.The replacement of tubular furnace with rich oil heater for benzol removal can avoid emission into the atmosphere, which will go in line with a green sustainable development in coking industry.
