In this paper,introduction is made to the technology of replacing the rubber belt for the whole tubular belt conveyor in Coking Plant of Ningbo Steel.This technology realizes not only the belt localization in China,but also upgrading in the belt production,transportation and replacement method so as to remarkably improve the belt changing efficiency,which can be used as practical guidance for fast belt changing by whole unit of the belt conveyor.
