In this paper,the problems occurred in operating COG desulphurization system by HPF desulfurization process are analyzed in details.Measures were taken,such as by adjusting the operation for the sulfur still and by retrofitting the sulfur foam and clear liquid system,so that the labor intensity of operators can be reduced,ambient environment can be improved and the operational performance of the sulfur still can be upgraded.
