基于小焦炉试验的焦炭硫含量预测

Abstract

Abstract: The sulfur content,coke rate and sulfur residual ratio of single coal and blended coal were determined by conducting 40 kg coke oven experiment.Thus the prediction equation for coke sulfur content in blended coal was established.The result shows that it is feasible to predict the coke sulfur content in blended coal by accumulating single coal datum.When the coke sulfur content of blended coal is no higher than 1%,the average absolute error is about 0.03%～0.05%.
