Based on the TRIZ theory and in view of the frequent internal leakage of water-cooling jacket tube in 220 t/h CDQ unit，15 solutions are obtained by using TRIZ resolving problems and steps.Finally，through comprehensive evaluation in terms of manufacturing cost，difficulty coefficient，complexity，manufacturing cycle and operability，etc..Option 8 has been selected and put into operation for one year，which shows a good performance result.
