Abstract

Abstract:

During coke oven production，wet quenching car travels frequently to carry and extinguish hotcoke，it would unavoidably damage the belleville spring assembly of travel wheel bogie in the wet quenching car.Therefore，analysis and adjustment is done for mechanical properties of the belleville spring assembly in aspects of overall structure，rigidity，friction loss，deformation energy and allowable stress，etc.，which can be used as reference for selection of the belleville spring assembly.
