In view of the current problems in repairing the through-holes in middle flues of coke oven，solutions are given in aspects of thermal insulation device，refractory brick selection and oven temperature control，etc.to improve the repairing quality and efficiency by replacing the damaged part，which can minimize the damage to the coke oven refractory brickworks.
