Study on the flow and heat transfer of raw gas in ascension pipe

Abstract: Based on the principle of heat balance,the variation trend of heat transfer and temperature of waste gas in ascension pipe is calculated.It is calculated that the radiating heat transfer has a greater influence on the heat transfer process of ascension pipe,and the existence of the radiant heat transfer significantly increases the heat transfer coefficient.Compared with the existence of convective heat transfer,mixing heat transfer stimulates the change of raw gas in temperature field in the ascension pipe,and the average temperature of cross-section is lower than that of pure convection.The existence of radiating heat transfer results in decrease of the average temperature of the cross section.
