Abstract:

In View of the characteristics of high ash content and low caking index of raw coal,an optimum coal blends was selected by optimizing the raw material composition and through 200 kg pilot oven test,and the production was put into practice.The results showed that under the condition of reducing the premium coal by 5%~15%,the strength index of FC80 coke and FC83 coke are equal,which can meet the requirements of coke quality for blast furnace smaller than 1,000 m³.
