Abstract:

The automatic coal blending system with integrated storage and blending is introduced.The whole system is monitored and controlled by computer.Individual coals are blended in specified proportion accurately，so that the system runs stably and the blending accuracy is higher than 95%.Factors influencing the blending accuracy are analyzed，based on which necessary improvement measures are proposed.
