Abstract:

This paper puts forwards the design principle and method for the backstay of large coke oven,and analyzes the joint structure between backstay and flash plate and the loading condition of backstay.Three-dimensional simulation software is adopted for static analysis of backstay.The strength and rigidity of backstay is verified to ensure enough protection force from the backstay to large coke oven proper.
