Abstract: With the rapid growth of China’s energy demand，the coking waste water volume is also
increased. Coking waste water is widely concerned by coking industry due to the high difficulty of
degradation and high pollution level. The future research directions for its treatment were discussed by
elucidating and analyzing the latest research achievements in c oking wastewater treatment technology.
