Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems in coking industry under the background of low-carbon
strategy，and specifies the development trend of coking technology. It also introduces energy saving and
emission control technologies，including waste heat recovery of raw gas in standpipe，oven chamber
pressure adjustment and ammonia stripping by heat pump，etc.，which will guide research trend for
reducing carbon emissions and promoting low-carbon development in coking industry.
