Abstract:

In view of structural features，heating characteristics and production practice in combustion chamber of 6-arch heat recovery coke oven，the automatic heating technology for combustion chamber of the 6-arch heat recovery coke oven was independently developed by Coking Plant of Sansteel，which has been successfully used in a one-oven battery. This attempt provides reference for the automatic heating of the combustion chamber of other similar multi-arch heat recovery coke ovens at home and abroad，it also helps give new idea for an optimized design and construction of multi-arch heat recovery coke oven in the future.
