Abstract:

Influencing factors of coke collapse in oven end on coke side for 7.63m coke oven have been found in some aspects such as the index of charging coal,the temperature of coke oven,the running of PROven system as well as the production of coke oven.Countermeasures are taken so as to release the serious problem and the number of ovens as well as amount of collapsing coke is substantially reduced,which also cut down on manpower.
