Abstract:

With regard to the problem in conventional tube furnace that waste heat in tail gas is not recovered for reuse，a new technology is developed to recover and reuse the waste heat of tube furnace tail gas.Under the precondition that the quality of ammonium sulfate meets technical requirement，through process modification of tube furnace and equipment of ammonium sulfate production system，the waste heat of tube furnace tail gas is comprehensively used，process energy consumption is reduced，and environmental condition is improved.
