Abstract:

This paper described the general situation of benzol hydro-refining equipment and some clogging at heat exchanger in hydrogen adding unit and analyzed the causes.The analysis shows that the clogging can be solved by controlling the quality of light benzol feedstock,adding inhibitor,establishing a perfect management system for residue removal and disposing the residual oil from pre-evaporator and evaporator,etc..
