Abstract:

This paper represents the newly introduced WSA acid-making process which is characterized by simple process flow,being environment friendly,low operation cost and satisfied economic benefit,etc.,mainly with descriptions of the process philosophy,process flow and advantages & disadvantages.Innovation has been done for the defected process and the innovated WSA installation can be proven in long-term and stable operation.
