摘要: 通过对粉碎机前使用交叉筛前后入炉煤细度对比,证明增设预筛分设备可降低煤的过粉碎,使< 0.5 mm 煤 粉占比降低 14.68%;单孔焦炉装煤量增加 1.1 t,除尘灰降低 2.3 t/d,年节省备件及电耗费用 90.6 万元,直接经济效 益达 1 740 万元以上

Abstract:  Through comparison of the fineness of coal charge before and after the cross screen of coal crusher, the result shows that the additional pre-screen can reduce over-crushing, with the proportion of <0.5 mm coal drop by 14.68% and increase coal charge per oven by 1.1 tons, with dust reduction by 2.3 t/d. It also saves spare parts and power consumption for the system by CNY 906,000 each year, with direct economic benefit up to CNY 17, 400, 000 plus
