摘要: 将HPF焦炉煤气脱硫工艺产生的粗硫磺、脱硫废液预处理后,分别送至焚烧炉燃烧,产生的高温烟气经过余热锅炉吸收热量后降温至300~320 ℃,再经过两转两吸工艺,制取98%的浓硫酸。这种工艺不产生废液,能彻底解决焦化脱硫废液的污染问题,符合清洁生产的要求。

Abstract: The crude sulfur and waste desulfurization liquid from HPF unit,after pre-treatment,are respectively sent to combustion furnace.The high temperature flue gas is decreased to 300~320 ℃ via waste heat boiler and produced to 98% concentrated sulfuric acid after twice conversion and twice adsorption.This process produces zero waste liquid,which can thoroughly solve the problem of waste desulfurization liquid pollution and meet the requirement of environment-friendly production.
