摘要:

横管式初冷器运行效率和稳定程度极大地影响着焦炉煤气输送以及副产品回收水平,而横管式初冷器冷凝液喷洒清洗效果直接制约着初冷器的连续稳定运行周期以及煤气冷却效果,通过总结多年初冷器系统运行经验发现,冷凝液的质量、成分以及喷洒系统运行的稳定可以大幅稳定初冷器运行,减少初冷器清扫频次。

Abstract:

The operational efficiency and stability of cross-tube primary cooler influence COG delivery and by-products recovery to a large extent and the performance of cleaning the primary cooler condensate nozzle affects smooth operation cycle of the primary cooler and gas cooling result as well.Based on the experience in operating the primary cooler for years,the quality of the condensate,composition and stability of the condensate spraying system could greatly stabilize the primary cooler operation and minimize its cleaning frequency.
