摘要：

太钢焦化厂WSA装置运行多年，保证了太钢的环保效益。论述了WSA的原理和工艺流程，针对燃烧不完全、锅炉出口温度低、三段换热器故障等问题提出了改进方法。

关键词: WSA制酸, 工艺流程, 改进方法

Abstract:

This paper introduces that the WSA system of TISCO Coking Plant has been operating with environmental benefits for years.It discusses the WSA principle and process flow and puts forward solutions to the problems such as incomplete combustion,low temperature at outlet of boiler,malfunctions of three-stage heat exchanger,etc..
