焦炉上升管荒煤气换热器内的辐射角系数

摘要:

利用假想面法,研究了上升管换热器内辐射角系数的变化规律。结果表明,在上升管换热器内,随上升管高度的增加,炭化室红焦面对换热器内侧面的辐射角系数随之减小;当上升管高度一定,长径比增大时,红焦面对上升管内侧面的角系数随之减小;当上升管直径一定时,红焦面对上升管内侧面的角系数无显著变化;当长径比一定时,红焦面对上升管内侧面的角系数随着上升管高度和直径的增加均增大。当红焦面至上升管下法兰面的距离增大时,红焦面对上升管内侧面的角系数随之减小。

Abstract:

This paper,by using imaginary plane method,studies the change law of the coefficient for angle of radiation in raw gas exchanger for ascension pipe.The result shows that in heat exchanger of the ascension pipe,the coefficient for angle of radiation of the oven chamber hot coke opposite to the side of heat exchanger goes down with increasing height of the ascension pipe;i.e.with fixed height of the ascension pipe and increasing length to diameter ratio,the coefficient for angle of radiation of the oven chamber hot coke opposite to the side of heat exchanger decreases; with fixed diameter of the ascension pipe,there would be not obvious change in this coefficient;when the length to diameter ratio is fixed,this coefficient will increase with increasing height and diameter of the ascension pipe.When the gap increases between the hot coke surface and the lower flange of the ascension pipe,this coefficient will decrease accordingly.
