摘要:

粗苯回收工段存在蒸汽、冷却水、煤气消耗多,粗苯收率低等问题。通过技术改造,蒸汽消耗量由5.5 t/h降至4.35 t/h,每天节约蒸汽27.6 t。冷却水用量由1 250m3/h降至620 m3/h,煤气用量由1 120 m3/h降至820 m3/h。粗苯收率由0.828%升至0.847%,达到了增产降耗的目的。

Abstract:

In crude benzol recovery unit,there existed such problems as high consumption in steam,cooling water and gas,as well as low yield of crude benzol.Through technical upgrading,the steam consumption decreased from 5.5 t/h to 4.35 t/h,with daily reduction of 27.6 t in total.The cooling water consumption fell from 1 250 m3/h to 620 m3/h,and gas consumption from 1 120 m3/h to 820 m3/h.The yield of crude benzol increased from 0.828% to 0.847%.As a result,the technical upgrading helped to lower energy consumption and increase crude benzol yield.
