摘要:

分析了焦炉煤气加热的6 m焦炉烟气特点,介绍了先低温SCR脱硝、再余热回收、后新型催化法脱硫工艺的流程,该工艺可解决催化剂堵塞失活、离线再生检修等难题,实现焦炉烟气稳定高效的超低达标排放和余热、稀硫酸的资源化利用。

Abstract:

Analysis is made for the behaviors of coke oven waste gas from 6m battery fired with COG.Introduction is also given for the process in sequence of SCR DeNOx under low temperature,waste heat recovery and a new DeSOx by catalytic method, which can solve the problems of inactive catalyst due to blockage as well as off-line regeneration and maintenance, and therefore realize ultra-low emission in manner of stability and high efficiency and a comprehensive utilization of the waste heat and diluted sulphuric acid.
