摘要:

介绍了制约2#干熄焦的各种影响因素,现场标定2#干熄焦干熄率情况并进行了多次技术改造,改善了2#干熄焦排焦温度高、排焦不均匀以及排焦量小等问题,干熄率由88.68%提高至93%以上,干熄焦产量逐步提高。

Abstract:

Obstacles affecting 2# CDQ unit production are introduced.The dry quenching rate for 2# CDQ unit is calibrated on site,including technical modifications.The modified 2# CDQ unit has a lower temperature of the coke discharged,uniformly distributed coke and higher coke discharging capacity,etc.,with dry quenching rate increased from 88.68% up to more than 93%.The CDQ capacity is gradually increased.
