摘要:

介绍了HPF法脱硫较为常见的2种工艺,并且对高塔再生工艺和喷射氧化再生工艺进行了改进。针对2种工艺的投资费用、能源消耗、占地和操作稳定性等方面进行对比分析。高塔再生工艺再生效果好、操作稳定性高,而喷射氧化再生工艺在投资和占地方面有优势。

Abstract:

Two typical HPF desulfurization processes are introduced,and improvements have been made for high tower regeneration process and jet-oxidation regeneration process.These two processes are compared in the aspects of investment, energy consumption,land occupation and operation stability.The result shows that high tower regeneration process has the advantages of good regeneration effect,high operation stability,while jet-oxidation regeneration process has the advantages of less investment and land occupation.
