摘要:

为满足高炉大型化对焦炭质量的要求,对筛运焦系统影响焦炭粒度的因素进行分析研究,通过焦炭放焦流量控制、溜槽内增加接料面积、焦炭筛分流量控制及焦仓采取高点布料、低点放料等方式提高焦炭粒度。

Abstract:

To meet the requirement on coke quality of large scale blast furnace,the influencing factors of coke screening and transfer system on coke grain size are analyzed.It is found that the coke grain size can be increased by controlling the coke charging flow,increasing the area receiving coal,coke screening flow control and coke charging at low level.
