摘要:

采用积分法对热重分析曲线做反应动力学分析,研究了不同粒径焦炭与不同浓度O2/CO2发生反应的行为,并得出反应动力学参数。分析表明,在表观活化能较高、频率因子较小的反应条件下,焦炭的反应性和烧损率较低、稳定性较高。

Abstract:

Integration method is adopted for the reaction kinetics analysis of TG curve.The reactions between coke of different grain size and O2/CO2 of different concentration are studied to obtain the parameters of reaction kinetics.The analysis shows that under the conditions of higher apparent activation energy and lower frequency factor,coke exhibits lower reactivity,less burning loss and higher stability.
