提高7.0m焦炉单孔装煤量的生产实践

摘要:

针对影响7.0m顶装焦炉单孔装煤量因素进行分析,通过采取控制配合煤细度、完善螺旋装煤制度、优化平煤制度及改进平煤杆结构措施后,炭化室有效容积由55.6m3提高到55.9m3,装煤堆比重由0.75t/m3改善为0.758t/m3,单孔装干煤量由40.8t增加到42.4t,为焦炉高效生产创造了条件。

Abstract:

Analysis is made for the factors influencing the individual oven charge capacity for 7.0m coke oven battery.Measures are also taken,such as controlling the fineness of coal blends,improving coal screw feeding,optimizing coal leveling and upgrading leveling bar structure,so that achievements can be made,e.g.effective volume of oven chamber increased from 55.6m3 to 55.9m3,bulk density of coal charged raised from 0.750t/m3 to 0.758t/m3 and dry coal charged per oven increased from 40.8t to 42.4t,which lays a solid foundation for efficient production of coke oven.
