摘要:

介绍了炼焦污循环水系统存在的问题,通过优化工艺流程、更换管道及脱水机等措施,使炼焦污循环水系统实现闭路循环,系统废水零排放,产生的污泥全部送到配煤后进入焦炉焚烧,既降低了能耗,又实现了资源循环利用。

Abstract:

The problems of the coking waste water circulation system are introduced. By taking measures such as optimization of technological process and replacement of pipes and dehydrator, the coking waste water can be recycled in closed circulation to realize zero liquid discharge, while the sludge will be entirely sent to the coal blending system for coal blending and coking. Such upgradation reduces energy consumption and recycles resources.
