摘要:

通过推焦杆在推焦过程中的受力分析,找出最大受力位置,计算出推焦杆的最大推焦力,并进行强度校核。通过对推焦杆截面形状的分析,提出结构优化设计方案,对优化后的推焦杆进行模拟受力分析。

Abstract:

The position of pusher rod where maximum stress can be sustained is found out by stress analysis during the process of coke pushing so that the maximum pushing force of pusher rod is calculated and intensity also can be checked.Design proposal of structural optimization is proposed according to the analysis on shape of cross setion of pusher rod.Simulated forced analysis of pusher rod is done after optimization.
