摘要: 为延长干熄炉的使用寿命,缩短干熄炉维修周期,利用大砌块技术对干熄炉炉口部位、内环墙部位、 斜道区耐材部门进行施工改造,改造后干熄炉工作层的耐材寿命有了很大的改善和提升。摸索了工业窑炉中大 砌块技术的特点和材料性能,为干熄炉的维修维护提供了宝贵的经验。

Abstract: To prolong the service life of CDQ chamber and shorten its maintenance interval,large refractory blocks have been applied at the inlet of the CDQ chamber,the inner ring wall and the connecting duct,which greatly extends the service life of refractories in the CDQ chamber.The exploration of large refractory blocks characteristics has been done in industrial furnaces,which provides valuable experience for the maintenance of CDQ chambers.
