摘要: 为了降低配煤成本,采用矿点配煤,对各矿点煤进行工业分析、黏结性指标检测、煤岩组分分析、吉 氏流动度指标分析。通过 40 kg 小焦炉试验,对各矿点炼焦精煤质量进行研究和比较,采取了一系列降本措施, 科学合理地调整配煤结构。通过 40 kg 小焦炉试验验证优化配比的可行性,保证焦炭质量的稳定,然后应用到 6 m 顶装焦炉,实现年降本 4 000 余万元。

Abstract: Coal blending based on coal mines is used to reduce the cost of coal blending,including industrial analysis,detection of bonding indicators,analysis of lithotype of coal,and analysis of Gibbs flow ability indicators for each coal mines. Application of 40 kg pilot oven test on studying and comparison of clean coal quality for coking at each specific coal mines,coal blending is scientifically and reasonably adjusted by means of a series of cost reduction measures. The feasibility of coal blending ratio optimization is tested through 40 kg pilot oven test to ensure stable coke quality. It is therefore applied to 6 m top-charge battery,and annual cost reduction of over 40 million yuan can be achieved.
