摘要: 柳钢焦化厂优化剩余氨水除油工艺,延长剩余氨水停留时间,充分发挥重力除油的效果;同时增加剩 余氨水分布器,改进剩余氨水出口,除油效率达到 83.65%。优化后显著降低了剩余氨水含油量,避免蒸氨管路 及蒸氨塔堵塞,减少对后续生产工序的不利影响。

Abstract: The coking plant of Liuzhou Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd optimizes the tar removal process of coal water, extends the coal water retention time, and brings the effect of tar removal by gravity into full play. Meanwhile,the numbers of coal water distributors are increased and the outlet of coal water is improved to reach tar removal efficiency up to 83.65%. After the optimization,the tar content in the coal water is significantly reduced so that blockage in ammonia stripping line and the ammonia stripper can be avoided,and adverse impact on the subsequent process can be minimized.
