摘要: 为了解决因炉体膨胀、轨道变形等因素引起的焦炉车辆定位系统炉号识别误差大、车辆定位准确性差 的问题,通过车辆感应无线数据通讯技术成果的应用与实践,实现了车辆位置检测与系统联锁信号抗干扰稳定传输。 马钢将该技术应用于 130 孔焦炉炉组,焦炉车辆定位系统可以达到水平方向 ±300 mm、垂直方向 ±200 mm 的允许 位置偏差,一次定位率达到 100%

Abstract: In order to solve problems of coke oven machinery positioning system including oven number identification error and inaccuracy of machines positioning due to coke oven expansion, track deformation,etc.,stable transmission of system interlocking signal with anti-interference and coke oven machines positioning are achieved through application of machinery inductive wireless data communication technology.Masteel applies this technology for 130 ovens battery,and the positioning system can reach an allowable deviation of horizontal direction:±300 mm;vertical direction:±200 mm,and successful rate of single positioning is 100%.
