摘要: 国外某钢铁厂的 140 t/h 干熄焦炉,由于长时间超负荷生产,干熄焦炉环形风道内墙体严重鼓凸并产生 一处约 10 m2 的破洞,导致紧急停炉维修。将墙体破洞修复之后,用耐热不锈钢带绕内墙体整体打箍,并在环 形风道内外墙之间用耐火材料浇注 C 型支撑,该干熄焦炉复产产量长时间维持在设计产能的 90% 以上,连续使 用长达 13 个月

Abstract: A 140 t/h CDQ in an oversea steel plant has been running overload for a long time and the wall inside the ring duct of CDQ chamber was seriously bulged and a hole about 10 m2 emerged, which led to an emergency shutdown of the chamber for maintenance. After repairing the hole, heat-resistant stainless steel band is used to wind around the ring as one piece, and castables is grouted between the inner and outer walls of the ring duct to form a C-shape support. The CDQ chamber after resumption could maintain more than 90% of its design capacity for up to 13 months continuously
