克劳斯尾气中COS含量偏高原因分析

摘要:

由于部分焦炉停产导致焦炉煤气量下降,造成克劳斯炉温下降,必须掺烧焦炉煤气以保证克劳斯炉温正常。但掺烧煤气后克劳斯尾气中羰基硫(COS)含量偏高,通过不断调整克劳斯炉的掺烧煤气量,既保证了克劳斯炉温正常,也可控制尾气中COS含量不过高。

关键词: COS和CS2, 酸性气体, 硫反应器

Abstract:

Due to the shutdown of some coke ovens,the coke oven gas volume drops sharply,which directly causes temperature drop of Claus furnace.For this reason,COG must be added to maintain normal temperature of Claus furnace.The content of carbonyl sulfur (COS) in Claus tail gas is high after blending with COG.By continuously adjusting the gas blending amount into the Claus furnace,it can not only ensure normal temperature of Claus furnace,but also control the COS in tail gas not too high.
