冶金焦率的影响因素分析及量化算法

摘要:

经过分析,确定了冶金焦率的主要影响因素是配合煤灰分、焦炭M10、结焦时间和配合煤硫分,通过回归分析得出了回归方程,实现了冶金焦率量化算法。但由于炼焦操作存在较多不稳定因素,且统计数据存在一定偏差,造成回归方程不完全可靠,因此可根据自身情况,借鉴量化算法思路,调整统计方式后再进行回归分析。

Abstract: The main influencing factors of metallurgical coke rate were determined as blended coal ash,coke M10,coking time and blended coal sulfur,and the regression equation was obtained by regression analysis so that quantitative algorithm for metallurgical coke rate can be realized.However,due to unstable factors in cokemaking operation and a certain deviation in statistics,it results in not fully reliable regression equation.Coke plant can use the idea of this paper for reference to quantify the algorithm before the regression analysis according to its own situation.
