摘要/Abstract

摘要：

马钢6号焦炉炉墙机焦侧1~4火道损坏严重，采用了机侧深至6火道的机焦侧同步揭顶修复技术，介绍了整个维修过程的技术要求及操作要点，维修效果良好，有效延长了焦炉使用寿命，可为国内6 m焦炉的深火道挖补提供借鉴。

关键词: 深火道, 同步揭顶修复, 火道控温

Abstract:

The flues 1#~4# are seriously damaged on the PS and CS of battery 6# of Masteel.Re-bricklaying by uncovering the oven roof for the middle flues (up to 6# flue from the PS) is adopted.Technical requirements and operation key points during the whole maintenance is introduced.This repair achieves good result, which can not only effectively extend the service life of the coke oven, but also play a directive role in uncovering the oven roof for the middle flues of 6 m battery.
