摘要： 随着“一带一路”战略的推进，我国先进的焦化技术不断向海外输出，带来了大量的海外EP工程。探讨了加强设备管理的方法，对海外项目管理有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

Along with the progress of “Belt and Road Initiatives”,China has been exporting advanced coking technologies abroad in dozens of overseas EP projects.In this paper,methods in enhancing the equipment management is discussed,which will play a directive role in overseas project management.
