摘要：

针对58-I型焦炉由生产FC83焦转产FC80焦产品结构调整，研发了无黏结压球煤低成本炼焦技术。200 kg焦炉试验表明，在配入压球煤25%、成型压力25 MPa的条件下，焦炭M10改善0.40个百分点，CSR提高1.25个百分点。

Abstract:

For products restructuring of 58-I type coke oven, transforming from producing FC83 coke to FC80 coke and low cost briquetting technology without binder is developed.A pilot test by 200 kg oven shows that M10 of coke is improved by 0.40% and the CSR is increased by 1.25% under the precondition of 25% coal mixed into briquetting coal and with the briquetting pressure of 25 MPa.
