摘要:

为验证焦化副产氨水在脱硝反应器中应用的可行性,对副产氨水进行蒸馏实验并检验分析馏出物组分。实验结果表明,焦化副产氨水精馏提纯后含油相,对催化剂不利,同时净化氨水中含有硫离子、氯离子及其他金属离子,需加入氢氧化钠进行中和反应,处理费用较高。综上所述,焦化蒸氨副产氨水不适合在焦炉烟气低温脱硝中应用。

Abstract:

In order to prove the feasibility of using stilled water in DeNOx reactor,a lab test was done for ammonia distillation to analyze the composition of distillate.The result shows that the stilled water after ammonia distillation contains oil phase,which would poison the catalyst and cause higher cost in adding NaOH for neutralization reaction due to sulfur ion,chorion and others metallic ion in the purified ammonia liquor.In conclusion,the stilled water is not suitable for application in coke oven waste gas DeNOx.
