煤系中间相炭微球质量控制研究

摘要:

研究了反应温度、反应时间、溶剂种类和表面热处理等条件对制备中间相炭微球的影响。结果表明,炭微球的收率随着反应温度的升高先增长后下降,在430 ℃达到最大值;随着反应时间的增加炭微球的粒径逐渐增大;表面热处理能提高炭微球表面的光洁度;N,N-二甲基酰胺(DMF)替代甲苯作为溶剂可以提高工艺安全性。在合适的条件下可制备出粒径10~15 μm、比容量大于350 mAh/g的炭微球。

Abstract:

This paper studies the factors impacting the preparation for Meso Carbon Mirco Bead (MCMBs),such as reaction temperature,reaction time,solvent categories and surface heat treatment,etc..The result indicates that the yield of MCMBs increased when the temperature rosed at first,and became the maximum at 430 ℃.However,it decreased with the temperature went on increasing.The particle size of MCMBs increased with the adding react time and the smoothness of the surface on MCMBs could be improved through heat treatment.And the process safety could be improved when N,N-dimethyl aniline (DMF) replaced toluene.Under the right condition,MCMBs with 10~15 μm particle size and specific capacity more than 350 mAh/g could be obtained.
